ScreenToGif特点：
1.录制的并不是视频，而是gif图片格式，可在录制前调节gif动画帧的切换速度，占用空间小，易于传播。
2.画质高，所见即所得，以前尝试过的录屏工具为了缩小占用空间都会损伤画质，甚至会出现关键文字看不清楚的情况。
3.录制完成可回放和编辑，可以把操作过程中思考时间占据的无用帧删除，只保留重要部分，亦可在gif图片上涂鸦、写描述文字、打马赛克、加入已有图片等。
4.有个明显的缺点：不宜录制时间过长，会很难编辑。还有如果保存起来有好几兆的话，很多图床不支持上传而且再次用这个工具编辑的时候直接会导致电脑卡死（CPU&内存利用率过高，并且迟迟打不开）。
